What is my why?

<aside> 🏋🏻 Healthspan: Health is an investment and not an expense. ****I only live once and have one body. I want to prolong my health span ****by slowing biological ageing and make the most out of this one life I have.

Energy: I have an intense and critical job - revenue generating role at a pre-IPO SaaS company. Taking care of myself this way and routine gives me energy and focus to stay ahead and achieve of my goals.

Accomplishment: Starting the day right and sticking to my healthy habits gives a dopamine hit and sets the right momentum for the rest of the day.
